PRE-PARTICIPATION PHYSICAL EXAM
In an effort to help you prepare for the 2013-2014 school sports season, we have once again partnered with Hendricks Regional Health to provide quality, low cost pre-participation physical exams. This partnership allows Brownsburg to keep $15.00 from each exam completed.

Where — Brownsburg High School Varsity Fieldhouse—Door No. 14
When — Tuesday, May 21th
Cost — $25.00 - Make checks payable to Brownsburg High School
Time – Please arrive during your designated time slot
- Football, Tennis & Swim/Dive 6:00pm
- Basketball & Volleyball 6:25pm
- Cross Country/Track, Golf & Wrestling 6:45pm
- Baseball & Soccer 7:00pm
- Softball & Cheerleading 7:15pm
Please print, fill out and bring the IHSAA physical form with you to the physical.
You are always free to have a physician of your choice conduct your pre-participation physical exam. Parents should keep in mind that this exam is for the determination of athletic participation only. It is not a complete general physical examination and should not substitute in any way for the ongoing medical care and regular exams your child should receive from his/her regular physician.
